Funny, romantic and very difficult to put down, the ten-book Coming Back to Cornwall series is perfectly uplifting, and the perfect escape, whatever the weather.
Each book focuses on a different character, their lives interwoven by the Cornish town where they live.

To tell you a little bit about me, I was born in Leeds, and have lived in quite a few different places within the UK, from Yorkshire to the West Midlands to Bristol. I currently live in Shropshire with my husband, our two children, and our two excitable dogs.
I write contemporary fiction, romance and women's fiction, including the bestselling Coming Back to Cornwall series and Connections series. Many of my books are set in Cornwall, and I hope I'll eventually realise my dream and live there one day. I love books about people, places, and the extraordinary things which happen in ordinary lives. I don't think you would class me as a fast-paced thriller writer so if that's what you're looking for, you might be disappointed!
My first three novels are all standalone: Writing the Town Read, Looking Past, and Amongst Friends. Then there is the Coming Back to Cornwall series – contemporary romance/women’s fiction series that began as a trilogy and is now eight books long!
And I am developing my new Connections series, with book two, Maggie, published in April 2022, and book three (Louisa) in June 2023. Each Connections book focuses on a different character, linked to the others by a number of factors, including the same small Cornish town.
I love hearing from readers, so please feel free to get in touch by email: katharine@heddonpublishing.com, or you can find me on Facebook and Instagram, and Twitter. I am truly rubbish at Twitter, and not much better at Instagram. But I am there if you’d like to find me!
Like many authors, I do sell the majority of my books via Amazon, but my paperbacks can be bought from any bookshop and I would always recommend supporting your local bookstore where you can. You can also find me on Bookshop.org and help support independent bookstores everywhere!
First Christmas, a novella and the introduction to a brand-new series, will be on sale from 25th November. Until 31st October, a limited edition signed hardcover version is available via the Indiegogo website.
